(Noun)- A continuation of the acronym THOT (that hoe over there). Name used to represent the chieftain of all hoes. A female achieves this matriarchal role after sleeping with over 100 different people, and remains at this position until dethroned by another THOT or faced by whatever brave soul is just crazy enough to get inside that festering and extremely loose funbox.

After you defeat all the other hoes, you must face the most powerful thot of all; Thotimus Prime.
