Swivin' means anything and everything, it can be used in a bad situation or a good one, it's all up to you and the person you're saying it to.
Man, that bitch was swivin', but she gave swivin' head. I was sooo swivin' afterwards, even though she texted me a thousand times, that was kinda swivin'.
