To smoke weed, blaze, hit da chron, get high as fuck. The act of bunty is to pull, hit, or take a drag of a Marijuana joint, while a likkle sumtin can be defined as the joint itself if you're attempting to keep it on the downlow of it's contents.

Sumthin' Terrible is a Rap Crew from Sacramento, California. Members are Paper Game Chuck (formerly known as Chuck Beez), Sauce (3) (Saucesalito), Stupid Swoop (El Stupido), Bad Business and Clappa (Clapmatic). They were great friends of Mac Dre and co-starred in Treal Tv. Chuck beez was in the second verse of thizzle dance and was the first rapper to ghost ride the whip and rapped about ghost riding the whip in 2002. They played a big part of the Thizz and Hyphy movement.

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
