a state of complete and utter coolness. Reaching a level of zen far above anything seen before. Often used as an expression in response to a statement made by a peer, replacing such words as "cool" or "sweet." Having skuffage is far above being cool or sweet.

Can also be used under cases of hyperactivity, then everything becomes stuffies.
