Sparklies

(Spar-kl-ees)
A descriptive word to define the carbonation which makes the tingly, easing sensation felt in your throat when drinking a cold, carbonated beverage.

This sensation is most felt after a hard night of drinking or while sick with any virus which affects the throat (cold, flu, etc).
Tom - "Would you like some juice to ease your throat?"

Mary - "No thank you. I need some sparklies, do you have any Sprite?"

sparklies

Objects or people of interest that catch your eye and attention from out of nowhere, to make you stop in your tracks and take notice.
You're walking down the street having a conversation. All of a sudden you see something or someone FABulous and inspiring that distracts you both from your conversation. Those are sparklies!

sparklies

Tiny ice-crystals on asphalt pavement that show up as twinkly reflections in your headlights while you're warily driving in near-freezing weather during nighttime hours. You'll always want to slow down even more when you see them, since this means that you are currently traversing a slightly-colder area where black ice is likely present.
"Bare and dry" roadways are all well and good, but you should still a;ways watch out for sparklies, especially in the pre-dawn hours --- that tends to be when the cold pavement is coated with a heavy dew and is therefore the most treacherous, with slippery patches of nearly-invisible ice-slicks that can send your car sliding all over the place.

me likies sparklies

An expression that you'd typically hear from a perky Goth. It means that the person likes sparkly Goth accoutrements.
The perky Goth girl felt something was missing from her clothing, so she said "me likies sparklies" to her boyfriend and they went to the jewelry store.

Texas Sparkle

When an unhygienic stripper queefs and a puff of sparkles, mixed with semen from a previous sexual partner, splats on the floor while she is performing oral sex on a patron. The sparkle effect is due to toxic "sparkle" buildup due to the excessive use of body glitter or "Vagazzling".
Dude 1: "Wow... looks like a cat ate a Christmas ornament and puked on the carpet."

Dude 2: "Nah, Johnny got a blowjob a few minutes ago and the stripper left him a Texas Sparkle."
