Soulizm
Soulizm is the belief that a person should be valued and judged by the quality of their soul, the strength of their character, their personality, their actions, and the way they treat others — not by their culture, skin colour, gender, background, appearance, social status, beliefs, wealth, or possessions.
Soulizm looks beyond labels and external differences. It recognizes that what truly defines a human being is not the group they belong to or what they look like, but who they are within and how they choose to treat others.
See the soul. Judge the character. Respect the human.

I practice soulizm by valuing people for their compassion, integrity, and actions -not race, gender, culture, sex, age, appearance, wealth, or social position.
