Etymology: Current English, a cross between the word muggy and smegma to describe a type of weather when the air contains perceptible moisture, especially to the point of being so oppressive that it causes your skin to feel damp, slimy, sticky and dirty much like the feel of the cheesy sebaceous matter of smegma.

There is nothing good about Bean-Town even the hot, humid climate makes you feel smegmy.

Smegmaxxing 

Smegmaxxing is a term used within incelculture, and is more specifically related to the looksmaxxxing community. Looksmaxxers try to break down looks into a science, and "maximize" their own by using whatever mechanism they believe will help them reach higher standards of beauty. Smegmaxxing describes the process of a male not properly cleaning their male reproductive organ in order to gather an excess amount of smegma. This excess smegma results in an increased level and projection of pheromones, which is commonly known to attract members of the female sex.

Smegma 

A combination of dead skin cells, seminal fluid and excess urine.

It's a natural process that starts during the mid-teen years. The dead skin cells are from the connective tissue that held the foreskin to the glans during childhood.

As soon as you hit your teens, this tissue breaks down which then allows you to retract your foreskin.

Smegma can be washed out with plain water. Make sure you carefully retract your foreskin. Smegma usually builds up behind the inner end of the glans (just behind the bell-shaped tissue known as the corona). Soap isn't advised for use to keep skin irritation to a minimum, especially around such a sensitive area.

In case of smegma, circumcision isn't necessary. Smegma isn't a disease or a form of fungus. Just follow the above steps.
