Slowbalt 

The art of driving a fake Cobalt SS and believing you own an automobile that it worth something. The drivers name starts with a Z in most cases of this.

Slowbalt equals 2006 Cobalt "SS" that is said to be turbo charged as well as supercharged at different times, therefore rendering it a useless piece of crap LT.
