Sleepy Talk 

After a certain time of day, usually after midnight, the mind takes on an alternate state of conciousness. Speech is slurred and makes no sense. Suddenly, anything is funny.

Kevin: DUDE WALLS ARE HARD
Kyle: Cut the sleepy talk man.


Kevin: The only way I can explain wakeboarding is by telling you it is like wakeboarding.
Kyle: That's like saying green is as green as green.
Dan: Stop the sleepy talk man.

Sleep Talking 

The act of answering a telephone call or having a conversation with someone while sleeping, then later having no recollection it took place.

Best utilized when asking favors of friends they would normally not agree to.

Ryan: Hey John where are your car keys at? I'm going to be late for my date tonight.

John: Huh? I didn't say you could borrow my car...

Ryan: Yea you did, I asked you this morning before I went to work at 5:30 and you said it was cool.

John: Yea, I was sleep talking, ass hole.

Ryan: That sounds like a personal problem, now give me your keys!

The act of appearing outside an ex's home at night in pajamas, loudly proclaiming love and adoration, and, if rejected, pretending to wake up with no idea of why you are there.

Ex: "What are you doing? Go home!"

Sleeptalker

Someone you can hold a conversation with while they are legitimately asleep. Useful when said sleeptalker has information that you would like to know.

Girl 1 : "Oh my god, you were totally right about my BF, he is cheating on me!"

Girl 2 : "No way! How did you find out?"

Girl 1 : "He's a sleeptalker, he started talking in his sleep last night, then I replied to something he said and he answered! I looked to see if he was really asleep, and he was! The next time he began talking, I started asking him questions, and he answered everything."
