It is the state of overthinking for a period of time, leading your mind to wander, spaces out, or completely float away from reality. It is the exact feeling of being physically present but mentally detached because your brain is stuck in a loop of deep thoughts.

Origin/Etymology: Derived from the colloquial Filipino phrases "Lutang ka teh?" (Your brain is floating, girl?) and "Lumilipad na naman ang utak mo" (Your mind/brain is flying again). It blends the heavy weight of overthinking with the floating sensation of being completely spaced out.

"Sorry, what did you say? I was seilusing for a minute there."

"Lately, I catch myself seilusing every late night thinking about the future."
