Streaky Dapper

Someone, female or male, who says hi to you one day, then the next acts like he or she does not know you.

This usually happens because that person(the streaky dapper) is stuck up, and only says hi to you when they want something, like attention.

When some one named Lee decides to try and apply fake tan, resulting in becoming streaky, and then deneying putting on the fake tan in the first place!

i.e. someone called Lee Harding puts on 'moisturiser' which turned out be fake tan, resulting in 'STREAKY LEE'
