If somethinng is described as "slower" it means it is SO slow that to simply describe it is to speak in an unbelievably slow manner, slurring your words, to accomodate the utter slowness of the object, person, thing, etc in question.

Variations include: slowl, slowlish.

Scoblerian 

Adjective describing the painfully awkward appearance of a high tech device, possibly worn by a person. The person or device in question is trying much too hard to appear "Futuristic" and instead forms an image that is hard to look at.

"Scoble" in this case refers to technology evangelist Robert Scoble, who in 2013 posted a picture of himself in the shower while wearing Google Glass. The photo created a geeky reputation around Glass that contributed to Google ending the lineup two years later.
"Ugh, have you seen the new Cybertruck? Postively Scoblerian. They're trying WAY too hard."
