SOAF is an accronym that stands for "shit on a fly". It was made famous by a Montreal cowboy that made an unconscious habit out of butchering up expressions. He originally meant to say "fly on shit" and realized that it was quite funny to keep saying SOAF.

Cowboy 1: Well gaddamn, errbody tryna invest in my hedge fund now.

Cowboy2 : Yupp, it's like SOAF "shit on a fly".
