An extremely powerful light truck capable of outrunning other trucks in it's class and towing loads similar to full-sized trucks. Also may be used to snatch crappy Toyotas out of ditches after they run off the road.

Alan: Matt, I don't know what happened. My tacoma couldn't hold on to the road.
Matt: Ight, let me go get a chain. I'll pull it out with with the Chevy S-10.

It’s 10 PM; do you know where your children are? — This was a regional program bumper / public service announcement from the late 1960’s through to the late 1980’s. In some regions, there was an 11 PM variant. This was sometimes the lead in to news programs. But best of all, it was NIGHTMARE FUEL for some of the best childhood ghost stories and URBAN MYTHS that kept a kid awake at night after scary stories were inappropriately told to them by mischievous baby sitters.

No mommy, this never happened to me…honest!!!!!!! Nor, was I ever the perpetrator of telling such a tale.

…And then while the mom was watching t.v., a man came on the screen and said, “It’s 10 PM; do you know where your children are?”. A shiver went down the mother’s spine so she went to check on her kids. When she opens the door there was a man standing over her children's dead bodies holding a bloody butcher knife. AND HE WAS WEARING A BUNNY SUIT…

A small pick-up truck made by chevrolet that was popular in the late 90's early 2000's.

It is still popular today if raised and on big-ass tires.

"What does he drive, a truck?"

"Yeah a raised Chevy S-10 he uses it to haul all kinds of crap."

Gentleman's 10

A sarcastic term to describe a score of 10 or worse on any particular golf hole. In non competitive games "A Gentleman's 10" will often be the lowest score tallied for a player even if they scored a 11, 12, 13 etc. The other players are considered "gentlemen" for not making the suffering player record his terrible score.

Bill: What did you get on the last hole?
John: It was terrible I scored a 12.
Bill: Go ahead and record it as a Gentleman's 10 and we'll call it even

That’s 10

When you, a friend, or anybody in the given situation says or does something that raises questions and/or awareness about what was said or done, stating “That’s 10” is a message to the entire group, (but with the focus of the offending person) that what they said was not socially acceptable and that a roast may be in order.

The phrase derived from the military training in the United States. When a lower level subject says or does something that a commanding officer does not find acceptable, they may say “that’s 10” in reference to 10 push ups.

In civilian culture, 10 push ups would be replaced with a discussion and/or roast about the subject

Subject: “I know she has herpes, but I would still smash, her ass is so fat”

Witness 1: “That’s 10”

Witness 2: “Yeah dude you need to not do that and take care of your body”
