Runsplaining 

The act of assuming a new member of your running club is new to the sport of running and minimizing their answers to questions about their background.

For example; if they say they haven't done any races in a while a runsplaining person may assume it's been a few years but maybe it's been just a few months. If they say they are not running as much as they used to, the runsplaining person may assume they are running a minimal amount when in fact it could still be serious mileage.

Them: Hey ! I've never seen you at our runs before. So, you just decided to get fit ?

Me: Yeah sure. Whatever makes you feel better about yourself.

When a libertarian uses internally consistent, yet bullshit, arguments to justify selfish decisions that place others at risk.

Dude, Bob was RandSplaining away how their positive COVID tests the week after their Thanksgiving trip was an unlucky roll of the dice, but he ignored all the warning signs and chose to make the trip to their cousins in LA.

Correction of technical inaccuracies or clarification of conflated or incorrect terms related to firearms.

Clarifying the difference between semi-automatic and fully automatic is gunsplaining.

Rusplaining 

Lying, shading the truth, or obfuscating in service of the Russian narrative, especially in regard to the war in Ukraine.

Don't worry about that troll. He is just Rusplaining.
The Russians are claiming that they are killing 10 Ukrainians for every 1 Russian killed. That is just Rusplaining.

When you are trying to explain something to your parents, but they just don't get it. or your explaining your parents reasoning to your siblings.

"Dad i'm going to rentsplain this to you, bluetooth is the future, get rid of that radio."

rentsplaining is defined as a passive aggressive form of explaining something to your parents, very similar to mansplaining.
