rugid 

A compound of the terms 'rigid' and 'rugged' in the same way that ginormous is a compound of 'gigantic' and 'enormous'. Used increasingly in Europe to refer to footwear for outdoor activities that is hard-wearing but also technically supportive (usually referring to torsion).

The definition of rigidity ratchet is that she took up all of the clothes in the f****** house and f****** still had a bunch of period blood in the toilet.
