Roukiya is the type of person that may look shy at first, but once you get to know them, they’re like the coolest person you will ever meet. Roukiya means someone rising. This would mean that this person would come up and help you when you’re feeling down.

A very unique type of person there is not many girls like her. She catches every guys attention in a blink of an eye without one even noticing.
