Laurence Rickard

Laurence Rickard is an actor and writer, best known for his work in the CBBC series Horrible Histories. Not only does he write a number of the sketches, but he has moved from 'background colour' to main actor during the development of the show. Possibly his most loved character is Bob Hale. His Twitter account is known for containing daily pearls of wisdom (or gems of lunacy). Rickard has also appeared in the comedy series Balls of Steel and has written extensively for comedy shows over the years. He has a loyal following of obsessive/dedicated fans known as Rickardians.

Rickardian

A Rickardian is a person who is a fan of, or obsessed with, the actor and comedy genius Laurence Rickard, best known for his work in the TV series Horrible Histories. A variation on the Bayntonette, used to describe fellow Horrible Histories star Mat Baynton's fans, Rickardians are generally known as awesome people, and usually admire Rickard for his charming good looks, wit, and/or beards. Notable performances include the lovable eccentric character Bob Hale.

Larry Rickard

The less formal alternate version of Laurence Rickard.

You will never see this version of him in a meeting but you will always see him when talking with the other six idiots and in interviews.

He is responsible for any props going missing from sets because he wants it to put on his shelves. He stole Trevor the blobs younger (he admitted on Twitter) and will strike again. This is your warning.
