A patronising, usually London based, Guardian reading, pampered, luvvy who because of their self perceived intellectial ability, consider themselves above the rest of the voting public and as such, able to totally ignore the democratically expressed views of the British electorate.

A cool roblox Youtuber that originally started small when he was in middle school and made a lot of Mr. Clean and OxiClean jokes when he was smaller and started making more serious content. By the time this definition is being made, he is almost to 300k subscribers and doing well in the Roblox Star Program.
