Realhab (noun): The process of overcoming personal struggles or stagnation by intentionally immersing oneself in the unfiltered, often harsh realities of daily life; a form of self-recovery that replaces clinical intervention with radical accountability and "tough love" from the universe.

Reachabout 

Australian for a Reacharound. Usually takes place on an Australian Walkabout Excursion, but can also occur in desolate shacks in the Aussie bush. Reachabouts are often given by large Australian Bushmen and Transients.
