Adjective. Meaning: The decision to be made is contingent, or dependant, on the price. A contracted form of: "it is optional it depends on the price". May often be used to express that a decision whether or not to buy goods or services in the future will be contingent on the price that is quoted for them.

Q: "Should we get them to repair this as well?"
A: "It's pricenal"
In this context 'pricenal' express that the decision does, or should, depend on the price quoted for the repair referred to.

fisher-price modem

An internet connection that is very laggy or even non-responsive. The phrase is usually used in Real-Time Strategy or MMORPG games online. The phrase was first used in a 2v2 match of Stracraft when the game was close to lagging out or disconnecting on a host game. When the game dragged, the host saved the match and titled it "WHO HAS THE FISHER-PRICE MODEM!?!". After that, hilarity ensued and the culprit with the slow internet connection was revealed because Starcraft drops laggy users when a game is saved.

Dude, don't ever 1v1 that guy, his fisher-price modem will drag the game on for hours!

Princely

A sweetheart of a guy who can light up anyone's day with his jokes. Dressed, normally with class, Princely may not be the most popular guy but is definitely the coolest. He's easy going, easy to talk to, funny, cute, incredibly fit, smart and wise beyond his years. He's a little shy but insanely outgoing around his friends. He can make anyone laugh, knows how to treat a girl right and is loves cuddling. He genuinely cares about everyone he loves and loves everyone. Princely is a bit of a show off at times but if you get to really know him you'll realize he's a deep, insecure and one of the most amazing friends you will ever make in your entire life. He'd make the most amazing boyfriend in the history of man-kind. If you ever have the privileged to have him in your life don't take it for granted and never let go of him as a friend or anything else.
