Premature female climax or physical muscular spasms similar to climax prior to actual climax. Female equivalent to premature ejaculation in men. Can occur before significant arousal with inexperienced women. Not necessarily indicative of dysfunction. Can occur simply from rapid sexual excitation before physical arousal occurs.
