A person who is very obnoxious and bawdy whilst simultaneously being a loving and caring simpleton of the highest order!
The term was first used many moons ago by a certain legless character of Durrington, West Sussex to refer to himself whilst looking at his extremely large football-like head of massive proportions..
Whilst looking in the mirror one morning he paused to admire his reflection thinking out loud...
