An occasion occurring at any time of year though most often during the summer, normally involving any number (usually all) of the following individuals: Swain, Bainz, Byrne, Compton, Kempke, Polls, Skuodas, Bolin, Shelly, Tiff, Lode, Smith, Clay Claypounds, Tietz, Butler, and Dyson; marked by beer drinking from twelves, cases and kegs, car boffing, and morons punching objects, including trees and each other; normally accompanied by songs such as "Takin' Care of Business," "Pink Cadillac," "Never Been Any Reason," and "Mony Mony."

Penda
A Penda is a boss bitch/babe depending on who you are to her. She doesn’t care much for gossip because she is always busy improving herself. She is a paradox. Once timid, now she doesn’t have time for the shit. A penda is a very attractive girl, beautiful inside and out, hard to get to know at times but once you get to know her she's actually not that bad! if you guys are really close she will slowly let down her many walls. This takes time but eventually, she will come to like you. A penda is a rare girl and not many people have this name if you have a penda in your life you are very lucky. A penda is a very petty person once you upset her once she will drag it on for a long time until she forgives you!

The Pendering
Term that the readers of the Archie's Sonic The Hedgehog comic use to refer to the lawsuit between Archie Comics and the former writer Ken Penders, who copyrighted all his original characters from the comic. The lawsuit resulted in the removal of a large chunk of characters and back story from the comic, which leaded to a reboot. More specifically, the removal all the original characters and stories not created by the current head writer Ian Flynn.

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
