Pedunt

A person who overly states regulations — or creates regulations — in order to seem important or busy, but goes on to not comply with the regulations because of stupidity or hypocrisy.
Katy the Pedunt sent another email stating that the Christmas function tickets needed to be paid in full by the end of October, despite not having paid herself.

Grammatical (or grammar) pedantry syndrome is an illness or a form of obsessive-compulsive disorder where someone has a compulsive desire to correct any grammatical errors one has made and is obsessed with taking this peculiar, constant, and vexatious (from the target's perspective) action.
