An acronym for “Prematurity Time Management Deficit Disorder” which is a cognitive deficit emanating from being born prematurely and which causes the sufferer to operate as though time does not exist.

She was often seen as a flagrantly rude asshole who had no social skills or respect for others’ time until those close to her began to realize that she had suffered with PTMDD throughout her always well-intentioned life.
