PMS on crack.
Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is an illness associated with the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. It is characterized by severe irritability, anxiety and anger. It is similar to premenstrual syndrome (PMS), but differs from it in severity and in that it requires treatment, because it interferes in a woman's ability to function in her environment.

There is some question as to whether PMDD has been "marketed" by pharmaceutical companies in order to increase the demand for treatments.

Words you can keep
PMS with a twist.

This is not your everyday PMS. This is a severe form of PMS that can trigger super irritability, anger, manic/depressive states and homicidal feelings. Trust me. I've been there.

PMDD kicks PMS ass any day. It is the mothership of premenstrual symptoms. PMDD would make a woman wanna rip her ovaries out, burn them and rejoice afterwards. Fucking PMDD, yo mama.

PMDD is an excuse to be a bitch. It's often used as an excuse for a moody half crazy girl who cant tell the difference between PMS and the fact she's a bitch. Many will try to use PMDD as a way to excuse their attitudes toward others; but sorry, its not working.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
