Shorthand for please, but nowadays since texting shorthand isn't really used, it has actually become something of a separate entity. It has made it into verbal speech, such as "lol", and is pronounced "plz" or "pluz". In this context, in in and of itself can be used to mean:
"oh please" used to call out one's bullshit.

"please no" a subdued beg for mercy, usually from an online roasting.

PLS
Parking Lot Syndrome. When a group of friends stand around in the parking lot talking and chatting after dinner, a movie, or an event. This usually occurs when deciding on what to do next and can last a few minutes. However, it's only considered PLS if it lasts a considerable amount of time.
"Let's get rid of this PLS and decide where to go already! We've been out here in this parking lot for an hour and I wanna do something!"

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.

Pee Calculus
When you have to pee in a movie but don’t want to miss anything, and must do the following mental equation: will the amount I have to pee cause enough discomfort to diminish my attention capacity for the remainder of the movie to an extent which is greater than the amount of the movie I would miss by making a mad dash to the restroom.
