that sudden dreadful realization that you are you, and only you, and stuck in your body and you're not omniscient and the universe is filled with other people just like that but you still can't live their lives and they can't live yours.

right-onism 

1. Oppressive political correctness.
2. The tendency for activists to show excessive zeal in advocating their "righteous" causes, to the point of numbing their audience.

3. Jumping on the bandwagon of social movements in a lemming-like fashion.

There's been a relentless rise of right-onism since the '90s. Not to be confused with onanism, though functionally equivalent.

Man, I'm tired of being preached to by self-righteous vegans and environmentalists. They can take their right-onism and shove it.

After this Harvey Weinstein debacle, suddenly everyone's a feminist ! I'm sick of all this opportunistic right-onism.

OwOism

OwOism is a contagious disease that makes the person that's been infected continuously say OwO more and more the longer the person carries the disease.

Once the person has been infected by the OwOism disease they only have 6 months left to live and the disease is currently not curable

Person A: What's wrong with you, why are you saying OwO every 30 seconds?

Person B: I have severe OwOism and I only have 6 months left to live.

ownist (n) a person who believes that s/he alone decides his/her circumstances and fate, and that if there is any entity that deserves complete trust, it is that voice which dwells within; an all-knowing and entirely dependable strength.

Jane/John never turns to God or other external sources for guidance. S/he relies on her/his own voice, is a true ownist.
