OwOism is a contagious disease that makes the person that's been infected continuously say OwO more and more the longer the person carries the disease.

Once the person has been infected by the OwOism disease they only have 6 months left to live and the disease is currently not curable

Person A: What's wrong with you, why are you saying OwO every 30 seconds?

Person B: I have severe OwOism and I only have 6 months left to live.
