Too much stoke for the occasion. Often making it so that everyone else gets let down after raising the stoke level so high.

Not to be confused with permastoked.

Dude 1 - Dude the ice cream here is the best on the planet, you have to get some!

I just wanted to get high, but I ended up oversmoked on four blunts and a five-foot-tall bong and spent the night twitching on the couch and not talking to anyone.

When one tends to indulge in marijuana excessively on a rare occasion.

This leads to, because of a lack of MJ tolerance a chain reaction of overthinking about ones life dreams, goals, hopes, aspirations, AND f-ups over the course of the last 5-10 years!
