When people (typically women) in two adjoining rooms, such as in a hotel, motel, or house, are partaking in sexual intercourse and begin to compete to see who can have the loudest orgasm and to prove who's man is more sexually pleasing.

Orgasmoic 

An adjective to be used for only the greatest things in your day to day life. It is a different level of greatness than orgasmic because it's so good that it must be from a different time and place. It's like comparing orgasms in your life now to those first orgasms when you were in grade/middle school where you didn't know wtf was happening to your body. They just don't compare.

A person who is an absolute expert is creating the most orgasmic feelings for a woman in an intimate and passionate way, using multiple techniques and producing multiple orgasms. Someone who doesn't expect any sexual pleasure back from the woman unless she absolutely wants to.
