A word meaning that odd is usual in a surreal sense. Culture shock, a person who finds themselves outside their confort zone, yet in someone elses usual comfort zone. Odd but usual.

Since the hurricaine in New Orleans, everyday seems to be oddusual. A usually odd place could be said to be oddusual.
