Oceano 13 is a local gang located in Oceano, CA. It has been successful and survived for many generations due to the gang’s practice of inbreeding. This has resulted in gang members with severe mental retardation but has allowed for the gang to survive the passage of time.
Person A: Have you heard of Oceano 13?
Person B: Oh yeah, you mean that gang in Oceano with the mentally retarded tweakers?
Person A: Yes.

Oceano Mare

The ocean's immense and endless charisma catches your soul.
You are amazed by how terrific and lovely it is.
It reminds you of the sublime, both breathtaking and terrifying, like the eruption of a volcano.
Giulia you're my Oceano Mare.
Oceano Mare's so vast I wanna dive in.

Oceano, California

A city in central California which is a "mini hood" of sorts. There is a notorious gang and hardly anything of interest when you get down to it. That is, unless you're a tourist. For tourists, this city is a haven for "culture" and "ethnic diversity" and "oh my god is that man selling doughnuts made of lard?!" (yes, he is).
Guy #1:I went to Oceano, California last week
Guy #2: And?
Guy #1: Meh.

Oceangrunge

Oceangrunge is an electronic music genre that has emerged in 2014 influenced by early vaporwave, drone, grunge and nu metal. Although still open to interpretation, it is said to be a reflection of the godlessness and hopelessness of contemporary western society. The vastness of the ocean serves as both a metaphor to allude to this concept, as well as alluding to the breadth of the dissonant droning sound of the music itself.
Sea of Dogs and Poseidon in Chains are examples of two artists that have been tagged, Oceangrunge, on Bandcamp.
