A flex offender is someone who has been accused of flexual harassment. They flex so hard that they make others around them feel violated. Registered flex offenders are not permitted within 50 feet of a school zone.

A registered sex offender is a creep who has:
1.) touched small children and/or minors
2.) has raped/touched other people inappropriately and has been identified by the police.

Basically you should stay the fuck away from them.
