O.T.L

O.T.L is an ancronym used to shorten the phrase "Out to lunch". This term is used to describe anyone who is too strange or confused to know what is really happening.

Bob: "What did Scott just say?"
Travis: "Dude, who knows! He is totally O.T.L bro!"
