NEPA

stands for northeast Pennsylvania most popular cities in that area would be Scranton, the "valley" dunmore, and the Poconos. Filled with the stuck up Lilly Pullitzer bitches and the thrift store shoppers and everyone in between. Piles of fuck boys and hoes. Nepa is cold in the winter and HOT in the summer. As bad as it may seem we have the best amusement parks and some of the kindest people... oh and the best people
