N.O.N

NON stands for “Nothing of Nothing.” Derived from the Yiddish phrase ”GMG”, meaning Gurnisht mit Gurnisht. Created by Martin Yudovich and David Katz.
After the doctor spoke to a concerned mother regarding her child being overweight, he explained to his medical students that this mom was concerned for no reason and the son was fine, a classic case of N.O.N- nothing of nothing!
