Muppetbot: When a company uses untrained chatbots or so-called artificial intelligence to interface with customers for support, to save money. For example, FaceBook's (Meta Inc's) alleged non-existent support for paid advertising customers.

Example 1: 'Are you a FaceBook chatbot? Please escalate' (ignored)

'I tried to get online tech support. Based on the responses, I believe it wasn't human and a little dim. I assume its a Muppetbot

Muppetant 

When one who holds muppet-like qualities turns snarky, vicious or militant.

This quick, violent reaction from an otherwise peaceful (and somewhat slightly dull being) tends to be an automated response to those who feign intelligence or sexual prowess.

Alternatively, it may just simply be a muppet cutting sick. And so muppets should.

You're being rather muppetant don't you think?

The science of being a complete muppet. The social characterisitics and shortcomings of an individual that define being a muppet.

The act of going to work on a holiday or day off without realising is a muppet act under Muppetology.

Iindicating a left turn and turning right is the act of a muppet under Muppetology definition.

Generally being a complete stupid idiot or dunderheid is the act of a muppet under muppetology
