A mexican popsicle that tastes absolutely horrible. Usually consists of some red, disgusting substance (e.g. Lucas) and is half salt. A Mexican's attempt at making a summer treat.

mexiclosure

Completely finishing a platter of Mexican food from a Mexican restaurant. Typically, the platter will consist of any three items (burrito, tostada, tamale, taco or enchilada) and it is always accompanied with both rice and refried beans. Black beans may be substituted, but usually the black bean customers cannot achieve mexiclosure. One and two item platters are also applicable although not impressive.

"I'm totally stuffed. I don't think I can achieve mexiclosure." said Alex.

New Mexiclaire

A New Mexican éclair, a tortilla fried in butter with cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on top. Then you roll the tortilla up and cut it, making tiny cinnamon rolls. Makes a fun snack and great for parties.

It's a similar process as making cinnamon rolls except with a tortilla.Yum, this New Mexiclaire is better than sex in my mouth!!
