McGym

Large flashy healthclubs full of neon light, 30 treadmills, and tv screens everywhere.

The chain that our healthclub merged with no longer has small, simple gyms. They now are all McGyms where all you see are fluorescent, neon lights,and a sea of white machines that all look the same.

Any workout/fitness facility in the immediate vicinity of/next door to a McDonald's/Donut shop/etc.

Me: "I can't go to the(gym name) by my house anymore."

Friend: "Why not?"

Me: "It's right next to a Mickey D's, so I end up eating up all my gains as soon as I walk out the door. The place is a total McGym."
