Usually a registered sex offender, word comes from the Australian outback where a MalMystic hunts kids and kangaroos to do his bidding. Some would call them a Mystic instead of MalMystic but real ones know the Mal is what defines a MalMystic, this creature is truly something and his forehead isn't the only huge body part he has.
