Mutz 

Mutz, or a human being that is physically incapable of growing. They often are short & extremely feisty, especially when you get near them. However, once you get to know them, they become a great friend. They often play some sort of winter sport like Hockey, construing their skills. A Mutz often laments his past decisions, taking it out on his friends.

Additionally, Mutz is also defined as a metonymic occupational name for a baker.

Person A: Did you hear about the *Insert any winter sport* game last night.
Person B: Yeah! I heard Mutz won a gold medal!!
