Also can be used to insult someone for not putting effort towards a task, or can insult someone for being a lousy individual. (Meanie, Careless, Jerk, Idiot, Unintelligent, etc.)

1. Don’t talk to him, he’s a Lumpnugget and cares for no one but himself.
2. I don’t like to be around people who act like Lumpnuggets.
