Traffic Looting 

The act of purposefully ignoring rules of the road to retain some semblance of power in a usually powerless life in the same sense as looting stores during a riot; e.g. running red lights, ignoring yield signs and general courtesy because of a sense of self-entitlement.

I'm going to have to make a second trip to finish corpse looting, one of those raiders had a fucking fatman crammed in his pocket, can't carry all this shit.

When one, or group of individuals, carjacks a looter after has completed loading his stolen merchandise into his vehicle. This allows the Carjacker to reap all the benefits from the dangerous work the original looter has done.
