The city also seems to have NO coherent urban planning going on , a fact made obvious by some of the proposed transportation and building projects (The Cosmodome , The extremely
cheesy Colossus theater , The Glorified-Ski-Lift-To-Nowhere)
Has the dubious
honor of having the only mayor ever prosecuted on gangsterism charges only to have him replaced by a new mayor soon after arrested for using the services of hookers.
