Da tiny southern-New-England state dat was politically established with lots of frenzied arm-waving and vigorous leaping about by its founders.
I never could understand why da founders of Kineticut spent so much time and energy on frenetic gymnastics --- why didn't they just "connect da cut" and be done wif it?!???
