Kerova

The name of the bar in the movie and book "A Clockwork Orange", "The Korova Milk Bar" where they sold milk plus, which was said to sharpen you up.

We were all feeling a bit shagged and fagged and fashed, it having been an evening of small energy expenditure, O my brothers. So we got rid of the auto and stopped off at the old Korova for a nightcap.

Korova Milk Bar

The Korova Milk Bar was featured in the book 'A Clockwork Orange' by Anthony Burgess and more famously the film adaptation by Stanley Kubrick of the same title. The Korova Milk Bar is a bar for minors that sells "Milk Plus" meaning the milk is often laced with a drug of your choice, either Vellocet, Synthemesc, Drencrom. Vellocet in the story is supposed to be a fictional opioid, probably similar to the ultra rare and coveted opioid dextromoramide said to be the most euphoric opioid ever when taken by mouth. Synthemesc is based of mescaline but a synthetic variant with similar effects presumably. Lastly Drencrom is Adrenochrome a real substance derived from epinephrine with strong euphoric stimulant effects similar to amphetamines and other unknown effects at higher doses. The bar features furniture in the shape of naked women and milk dispenses out of the nipples. Korova means "cow" in Russian.

Alex and his gang of droogs went to the Korova Milk Bar to get ready for some ultra violence.

Kerouactivist

A follower/supporter/promoter of Beatnik culture, particularly, artist, novelist and poet Jack Kerouac.

Also- one who partakes in extensive outdoor adventures not knowing where he will end up or how/if she will return to the point of origin. Additionally, getting stoked on life and the unknown.

Being the Kerouactivist that she is, Henrietta decided to take off on a journey bringing nothing but cans of baked beans and her tattered copy of The Dharma Bums.

An interpretation of the classic Martini drink thought to be popularized by the post-beat modernist movement. A Kerouac, in traditional form, is 15 parts vermouth with a cold splash of Gin. Kerouac himself was known to "pour a cold glass of Vermouth while glancing at a bottle of gin."
