A term used to describe .25 grams or about $5 worth of good weed. Originated on the second floor of Scudder Hall at SUNY New Paltz.

Kennelling 

A mixture between Dogging and Cottaging, whereby participants flick the lights on and off in a public toilet before embarking on a sexual adventure for the viewing pleasure of an assembled audience.

Jim: God Damnit!

Jim: Nothing, just some Suicidal Kernels.
Bob: Your mother passed away this morning of liver failure.

Kernel Dwellers 

In layman terms, kernel dwellers are the womens which are attributed a score of 0 out of 10 in regard to their appearance.

The kernel dweller terms arise from the hotness scale operator H, H:Girl --> {0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10}.
Whenever the operator H acts on a element of the Girl set, say y and Hy=0, then it is said that y belongs to the kernel of H.

Therefore Kernel Dwellers are the ones living in the Kernel of H.
G1 is a kernel dweller, she belongs in the kernel of H, along with the other Kernel Dwellers.

kernel panic 

A kernel panic is a type of error that occurs when the core (kernel) of an operating system receives an instruction in an unexpected format, or that it fails to handle properly. A kernel panic may also follow when the operating system is not able to recover from a different type of error. A kernel panic can be caused by damaged or incompatible software or, more rarely, damaged or incompatible hardware.
Dude, my laptop sucks... it suddenly developed a kernel panic about 15 seconds after boot-up.
