Jirafa 

The practice of having sex in a car and one of both stucks the head out of the window. It adds space to the car and while intercourse, usually the head goes in and out.
There are two reasons to do this:
1- Because there isn't enough space in the car for both
2- To control if there is anyone outside
It means 'giraffe' in Spanish

Him: There's not enough space in the car, let's do a Jirafa.
Her: I love it! This time your head goes out!
